Payment - As many practices obtain a sponsor from the pharmaceutical industry to pay for the session the invoice can be sent to the representative of the company providing that the representative has confirmed with us that this is in order prior to the session. In the absense of a sponsor or in case of any doubt the invoice will be sent to the practice which will be responsible for settlement. Terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice and can be made either by cheque made payable to Already Sorted Limited or by major credit card.

Postponements / cancellation - In order to maintain our pool of trainers but keep our fees as low as possible we operate the following cancellation system. Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the session without charge. Sessions cancelled within 14 days of the session will be charged at the full price.
